- If a price is incorrectly listed due to an error, SillyGirls may cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Order Confirmation & Cancellation
- After placing an order, you receive an email/SMS confirmation.
- In rare cases (stock issues, technical errors), SillyGirls reserves the right to cancel orders.
- Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible, but returns can be requested under our Return Policy.
Shipping & Delivery

- Tracking details are shared once your order is dispatched.
- Delays caused by couriers, weather, or unforeseen events are beyond our control—but we will support you wherever possible.
Return, Replacement & Refund

- Return/replacement requests must be made within 5 working days of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unwashed, and have the original unbroken price tag.
- A parcel opening video and photos are required for claims such as wrong items, damaged products, or missing items.
