Order Processing Time

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 working days after payment confirmation.
  • During sale periods, festive seasons, or high order volume, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is usually 5-10 working days, depending on the delivery location and courier partner availability.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, festivals, strikes, natural events, or other situations beyond our control.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, will be shown at checkout before payment.
  • Free shipping may be available on selected orders, offers, or minimum order values as decided by SillyGirls.

Order Tracking

  • Once the order is shipped, customers will receive tracking details via SMS, WhatsApp, email, or website order page.
  • Customers can track the order using the tracking link or AWB number provided.

Delivery Attempt

  • Our courier partner will attempt delivery at the address provided by the customer.
  • If the customer is unavailable, does not answer the delivery call, provides an incorrect address, or refuses delivery, the parcel may be returned to SillyGirls.
  • In such cases, reshipping charges may apply.

Incorrect Address or Contact Details

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct name, phone number, address, and pincode while placing the order.
  • SillyGirls will not be responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete customer details.

Damaged Parcel at Delivery

  • If the parcel looks tampered, opened, damaged, or suspicious at the time of delivery, the customer should not accept the parcel and should immediately contact SillyGirls.
  • If the customer accepts the parcel, a proper parcel opening video is compulsory for any damage, missing item, or wrong item claim.
