Processing times, delivery windows, tracking, and what happens if a delivery attempt fails—everything you need to know.
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 working days.
- During festivals or sales, processing may take longer.
Delivery Time
- 4–8 working days for metro cities.
- 6–12 working days for non-metro / remote areas.
- Delays from courier companies are beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees will be displayed at checkout. Free shipping may apply during promotions.
Order Tracking
- Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email/SMS.
Failed Delivery
- If delivery fails due to wrong address, no response, phone unreachable, or customer refusal, reshipping charges may apply.
