We want you to love what you purchase. Here’s how cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds work at SillyGirls.
Order Cancellation
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier). Email support@sillygirls.in with your order number.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is shipped, cancellation is not possible. You may request a return after delivery as per our Return Policy.
- Prepaid refunds: If cancellation is approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Return Eligibility
- Request a return or replacement within 5 working days of product delivery.
- Original price tag is intact and unbroken (verifies the product hasn’t been used).
- Product is in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Photos & unboxing video required: clear photos of the product and tag, plus a single-take opening video showing package condition, opening, and contents.
Non-returnable Items
- Innerwear / swimwear
- Accessories that come sealed
- Items bought on clearance sale
- Items damaged due to misuse
Replacement Policy
- Available for wrong product received, size issues (if in original condition), or manufacturing defects.
- Replacement depends on stock availability.
Refund Method
- Processed to original payment method (if applicable).
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
- Pickup may be arranged by us, or you may be asked to ship manually depending on location and courier availability.
Rejection of Return
- Product is used, washed, stained, altered, or damaged.
- Tag is missing or broken.
- Parcel opening video is not provided.
- Return is attempted after 5 working days.
