Overview

At SillyGirls, we carefully check and pack every order before dispatch. Since we deal in fashion products, we follow a strict cancellation, replacement, and refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our brand.

Order Cancellation

Customers can request cancellation only before the order has been packed or shipped.

Once the order is packed, dispatched, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation will not be possible.

If the cancellation request is accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method or as website wallet points, as applicable.

Return and Replacement Eligibility

SillyGirls does not accept general returns for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of product, or personal preference after delivery.

Returns, replacements, or refunds will be considered only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged.
  • The product received has a manufacturing defect.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product is missing from the package, subject to verification.

Mandatory Parcel Opening Video

To claim damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product, the customer must record a complete parcel opening video.

The video must clearly show:

  • The sealed parcel before opening.
  • The shipping label/order details.
  • The complete unboxing process without any cut or pause.
  • The damaged, defective, missing, or wrong product clearly visible.

This video is compulsory for claim approval. Without a proper parcel opening video, SillyGirls will not be able to accept any damage, defect, missing item, or wrong product claim.

Claim Timeline

Customers must raise a complaint within 24 hours of receiving the order.

Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

To raise a claim, customers must share:

  • Order ID.
  • Parcel opening video.
  • Clear product photos.
  • Issue description.

Replacement, Refund, or Website Points

After verification, SillyGirls may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the same item, subject to availability.
  • Refund to the original payment method.
  • Refund in the form of SillyGirls website points/store credit.

The final approval will depend on verification of the parcel opening video and product condition.

Refund Processing Time

Once the refund is approved, it will be processed within 7-10 working days.

The time taken for the amount to reflect in the customer's account may depend on the bank, payment gateway, or original payment method.

Non-Returnable Cases

Returns, replacements, or refunds will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • No parcel opening video is provided.
  • Video is edited, paused, unclear, or recorded after opening the parcel.
  • Product is used, washed, altered, damaged by the customer, or without original tags/packaging.
  • Complaint is raised after the allowed time period.
  • Customer ordered the wrong product, color, or size by mistake.
  • Slight color variation due to lighting, photography, or screen display differences.

Size Issues

For size-related issues, SillyGirls may offer an exchange only if the product is unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging intact, and the request is raised within 7 days of delivery.

Size exchange is subject to availability. If the required size is unavailable, website points/store credit may be offered at the discretion of SillyGirls.

Shipping charges for size exchange may be borne by the customer unless the error is from SillyGirls' side.
